Affiliate program terms
- 01Commission is 30% of net payments (excluding taxes and refunds) made by a referred account during its first 12 months, counted from the account's signup date.
- 02Referrals are attributed with a 60-day cookie. The last affiliate link clicked before signup wins.
- 03Commissions clear a 30-day hold before payout. Refunded payments are clawed back; if already paid out, they are deducted from your next payout.
- 04Payouts run automatically once a month via Stripe with a $25 minimum. A valid Stripe payout account is required to receive funds; balances keep accruing until one is connected.
- 05Commissions apply to Stripe-billed subscriptions. Purchases billed through the Shopify App Store are currently excluded.
- 06Not allowed: referring yourself or purchasing through your own link, bidding on Simple Commenter brand keywords, coupon or deal-site spam, cookie stuffing, and misleading claims about the product.
- 07Fraud or violations of these terms void unpaid commissions and may end participation. Simple Commenter may modify or terminate the program with reasonable notice.
